From time to time The Travel DR'S are reminded as to why we do what we do, this week has been one of those times. The Travel DR'S received (3) delightful calls/e-mails from clients thanking us for their wonderful trips to Hawaii, Mexico and San Antonio, Texas. Actually, only one of them e-mailed The Travel DR'S, they also included pictures, so when we receive a thank you with pictures we will include them in our Blog! Here is their story: Jeff & Kim reside in California and we connected via the internet. Kim is a Wedding Coordinator and was in need of a Honeymoon specialist. After months of e-mailing back and forth trying to deciding on just the perfect honeymoon destination, Jeff & Kim decided on a Mexican Riviera Cruise aboard the "Norweigan Star" here is their e-mail:
Hello Dawn,Thank you for the lovely recommendation for our honeymoon. We had a great time on NCL’s Star!Enjoy.Jeff&KimThis my friends is what it is all about! The Travel DR'S recently took a trip out to Northern California via Las Vegas. Even though there was no time to step out on to the Las Vegas strip the action was still happening in the airport. Slot machines were located to the side each gate, You could feel the excitement, and see the anticipation in the eyes of each new passenger exiting the plane in hopes that while in Las Vegas, they would win millions!
Northern California was beautiful with weather in the upper 70's to low 80's but don't let this fool you, the evenings were crisp! If you are not aware, in Northern California there is a small Fall season and so the trees were filled with color. The wines are some of the most spectacular in the world. If you are thinking of traveling to either Las Vegas and or Northern California this coming year and do not care for the hot weather than The Travel DR'S would recommend the month of October for either destination.
